I’m going to find out just how wrong people are about growing coffee in Midwest America.

Who wants to watch me prove it?

I found a few of the smallest saplings have been growing their canopies last night! The stems themselves don't look any bigger around, or developing the "bark" seen on most trees, BUT, the canopies expanding is a GREAT sign!
