Let's hope for Australia's sake, and not just for its mortgage holders, that @jimchalmers.bsky.social and the @albomp.bsky.social GOV listens specifically to #MicheleBullock 's and the RBA's "warning" about the huge risk to Australia's overall economy resulting from HUGE BORROWING re: financing #AI.

Australian mortgage holders can blame the #Albanese government for this latest interest rate hike and very likely further ones leading into 2027, not #MicheleBullock and the RBA.

Because #JimChalmers is the one who "pigheadedly" refuses to "revisit the fuel excise cut".

As much as the RBA had no choice but to raise interest rates to 4.6% #MicheleBullock is guilty of gaslighting Australians by saying that this rate rise and expected further ones should arrest inflation, when she knows full well that the "primary culprit", SKYROCKETING FUEL PRICES, is out of control.

"The experts", whoever they are, should be on @jimchalmers.bsky.social' s back, and not #MicheleBullock' s back, because the RBA only "guides" monetary policy, it doesn't "make it".

The RBA's core function is to control inflation. It's not there to make friends or to abide by a political narrative.

It seems that RBA governor #MicheleBullock, like umpteen politicians, "so called" economist experts, heads of companies and corporations, and a whole bag more from around the world, is brainwashed to the max about #AI.

It's actually quite unnerving to think she's in on it.

The RBA governor #MicheleBullock in other words is giving all Australian mortgage holders a heads up that it's now an inevitability, not a maybe, that interest rates in Australia are going to trend substantially upwards in the coming months, and potentially YEARS.
