SIKE! It's just metallic painting and contact lenses, you're safe.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Surprise! She removes a bit of paint from her snout, revealing it's just metallic dye over her fur. She's just dressed for Halloween. Hahah! Now that was scary, wasn't it?(Backgroundless version) Jun's now laughing, her snout with a splash of metallic paint showing that it was just a disguise. She's not infected, her fur had just been covered in metallic dye to make her seem like she was infected, her nails painted to resemble claws.

You take a wrong turn on a corner and...
What's that you see?

Oh no! Jun has been infected by the Metal Virus and has become a zombot?!

It's late at night, you take a wrong corner, and under a dimly light, you see it... Her fur is of a metallic hue, her eyes a dangerous crimson. She walks at you with evil intent, spikes over her boots and even her choker... Has Jun been infected by the Metal Virus?! Is she a zombot coming to eat you?!(Backgroundless version) Jun, a purple skunk, walks towards you in a zombie-like fashion. There's spikes attached to her boots, as well as on her choker. Her fur shines like metal, her eyes are even of an evil red color. She looks ready to attack.

Image prompted by @/manu_burrito_ .

Dizzy is cornered by a violent Zombot... However, seems they forgot one thing:

With the Demi-bot, the hunter becomes the hunted.

First Panel, Dizzy is covered by shadows, covering his zombot half, only his regular half is shown. Second Panel. Dizzy sticks his infected arm into an unsuspecting zombot, splatting himself with the liquid metal composing it.

Figured the best way to start this was show Moxie turned into a Zombot! Special thanks, @timhydestein, for doing such a wonderful job drawing, my girl!#Artcomissions #myoc #halloween2026 #Bikermicefrommars #zombot #idwsonicthehedgehog #metalvirus #zombie

And reader fatigue, or fan fatigue, or patient fatigue, Due to this storyline getting to issue 100 dragging on very similar to the metal virus in idw and the Mecha sally Arc in Archie.
