the penultimate chapter :) #meljay archiveofourown.org/works/625719...

Mel liked kissing Jayce. Really liked kissing Jayce. Whether the act of affection was a chaste peck or one less so, it mattered not. To feel his lips move against hers, their bodies pressing close enough together for her hands to trace the length of dense muscles lining up and down his back, studying them twitch underneath her— the enticement sent her nerves alight as the effervescence in a champagne glass. Both excitement and fright in an evenly matched tug-of-war. Then there were the affections she received from him as well. To feel such cherishment and adoration without it feeling like work— She'd only see it in the way of her mother and father to an extent but she herself hadn't known firsthand as much in a long time, disillusioned by certain realities that unfolded before her.

I Can Fix That yellow _salt Chapter 11 Jayce's movements in the moment were small and deft, built from years of well-practiced concentration, precision, and restraint in his craft. Almost inconspicuous they were from where Mel stood, but not enough to skip past her attention. She could tell he was working on something fine. Her attentiveness has served her well over her years in a multitude of situations, though as of recent she's decided moments like this pale in comparison to the rest.

#PregnantJayceBingo | Prompt: Surrogate

My first prompt! When I created the first prompt list I had the idea for this one instantly...

Jayce being a surrogate for #melvik (with a little taste of eventual #meljayvik because my heart melts at #meljay and #jayvik too)

I hope you like it:D
