#77 Yohane the Parhelion: Sunshine in the Mirror [2023] - Oct 2nd

whilst love live's inability to have a longstanding antagonist remains true for the fantasy spinoff show it's still a fun time. standard love live stuff but i love aqours so im gonna like this #yohanetheparhelion #mediathread #aqours

In honor of the new month, I'd like to try making another book/comic-centric media thread. I'm hoping that it'll encourage me to read more while also sharing more of my thoughts and interests with you. I hope that you enjoy it!

#76 Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! [2020] - Sep 23rd

it's like shirobako and ping pong had a baby, very similar vibes to both and a very grabbing show. the animation is fab and the character development is great too, glad to hopefully end the mid anime drought? #eizouken #mediathread

#75 Love Unseen Beneath the Clear Night Sky [2026] - Sep 22nd

some of the best first 6 eps of any show, genuinely amazing romance and buildup, if a lil cheesy. im so sad it nosedives off episode 7 and never recovers fully, unsure of my feelings here #loveunseenbeneaththeclearnightsky #mediathread

#74 Monster House [2006] - Sep 20th

you know somehow i didnt really expect the name to be so literal but its not bad at all. i did not know this movie was the origin of that one clip with the guy at the arcade #monsterhouse #mediathread

#73 RWBY: Ice Queendom [2022] - Sep 11th

yikes, not good at all. i hold... a somewhat nostalgic liking for RWBY's early seasons despite flaws, stopped after s4 bc that wasnt enjoyable. picked this up when it aired but between bad en voice direction and stiff animation... bad #RWBY #mediathread

#72 The Ramparts of Ice [2026] - Sep 5th

i'm definitely intrigued to see where s2 goes, felt this one was a lot shakier than polar opposites (same universe/author). polar opposites being full romcom is more my thing than full drama but we'll see #therampartsofice #mediathread

#71 Working!! [2010] - Sep 5th

i remember starting this one all the way back 10 years ago, summer 2016 after a funny joke in uncharted 3 where i was using the turret. anyways came back and finished it now and i dont like this cast or the humour. rotten shame #wagnaria #working #mediathread

#70 Botan Kamiina Fully Blossoms When Drunk [2026] - Aug 30th

hehehehe gay (i think the second half of the show is really good but the first half leaves a lot to be desired)
yes i know im mega behind zip it #botankamiina #mediathread
