A magical girl in an asymmetrical crop top and fluttering skirt lands in a strange city that seems to curve in the background. Stars and rectangles sparkle around her as she comes to a soft landing. She has black horns and light hair and is wearing some kind of greek-style wrap up sandal. A handwritten title spells out "Magical cyber-girls in space! a comic by Val Evermech. Ch 1: Kara has landed!"4 panel comic. Page is divided 1/3 diagonally. Big angled panel has Kara staring out over a cylindrical city in space. She says "Finallyu, a place that doesn't look like shit! So... where are we?" A little robot that looks like a ringed planet with a moon says "Location: Megamir. Status: multiple conflicting authorities. Active Breaches: 1." Kara purses her lips and says "only one? kinda sus." Last panel zooms out to show the whole oneill cylinder in space with two large asteroids nearby. The asteroids have some kinds of structures on them, likely mining facilities. Kara says "ah well, it's not on fire, so it'll do! let's find out whose turf we're on."
