Color. Day. A parking lot. At center, three men in black Memphis Police Department uniforms, standing in an inward facing arc and a fourth guy wearing a black "POLICE" vest over plain clothes. Their attention is directed to the left and a man in a big, white cowboy hat, with long, curly, dark hair, a mustache, grown and cut to extend out from his face and curl at the ends, and a roughly cut goatee beard. This man wears tight denim jeans buckled at his waist with a large, shiny metal buckle. He has a sidearm in a holster on his belt. He's also wearing one of those stupid vests, marked HSI. While the four MPD officers look at him, this man in the cowboy hat is looking at a phone that he is holding in both hands.

Color. Day. A narrow suburban lane, running from downstage right to just left of center in the far distance. The lane is plugged by a double column of Memphis Police Department and TN state trooper cars. A grass-bordered sidewalk runs up the left side of the frame. Four cars back, an ICE agent in one of those stupid vests is climbing into the front passenger seat of a car, behind the open door that clearly displays the word "POLICE". At the same distance, a national guardsman stands on the sidewalk. His full battle-camo get-up looks godawful stupid on this tiny suburban lane.
