An old #Photo from a walk on the alternative route of the #WalesCoastPath at #Margam. The ruin of the 14th Century #CapelMair, a familiar Landmark to anyone using the M4 motorway through #PortTalbot, but few make an effort to see it close up

Looking up a bracken covered hillside, a grass path splits to run either side of a ruined chapel at the top of the hill. It's gable ends are mistly intact, each with one large, now empty, window. The side walls are less complete. A wooden way marker stands to the right of the diverging path, it has an orange disc on it with a yellow arrow pointing up the right ward path.
