I'm so glad #ManiacMansion was fairly reasonably beatable in one session
But there was so much wrong with the Famicom version, like graphical quirks spoiling puzzles and hints being completely removed...
The NES version of #ManiacMansion did an early version of this. Each character began with a CD player in their inventory, and you'd TURN ON or TURN OFF the CD player to turn the background music on or off.
It was glorious.
