It is embarrassing that I honestly believed that one system e.g. radio app would cut out when zoom meetings restarted.

You can always tell when mental health staff have already left the mental health trust by how willing the Trust is to uphold complaints about (naming) them and criticising their actions.

Same "we cannot investigate this further or account for their actions".

I did some Papyrus training this year, and although I can't assess their service, the training was very current for what it was (awareness-raising, I was curious about what was offered)
