Add the clean links rule once. Every link you copy after that pastes bare. Copy a link, get utm_source and fbclid along with it. One ClipBuddy rule strips them while the clip is being saved, so the URL you paste is already bare. Runs on your Mac, no account. Try ClipBuddy #macos #mactips

The support reply. The office address. The link. I retyped all three every single day. ClipBuddy saves a clip once as a snippet, then you paste it forever from the Cmd+Shift+V picker. Runs on your Mac, no account. Try ClipBuddy #mac #macos #mactips

Mac tip: instead of waiting for a screenshot to land on your desktop, drag the floating thumbnail from the corner of the screen straight into a document, an email or a folder. #macOS #MacTips

Not Electron. ClipBuddy is written in Swift and AppKit, so it sits quiet on your Mac. Cmd+Shift+V opens a searchable clipboard history. Cmd+Option+Z rewinds to the clip you copied over. No account, nothing uploaded. Try ClipBuddy #macos #mactips

Mac tip: while you drag a Shift-Command-4 selection, hold Space to move the whole box without changing its size. Release the mouse or trackpad to take the screenshot, or press Esc to cancel. #macOS #MacTips

You typed your own email address out again today. Save it once as a snippet in ClipBuddy, then paste it from the picker on Cmd+Shift+V. Same for the street address and the support reply. Runs on your Mac, no account. Try ClipBuddy #macos #mactips

Lost a screenshot on your Mac? It may never have been a file: holding Control sends a capture to the clipboard. Or Shift-Command-5 > Options once pointed screenshots at another folder. Finder finds the ones macOS saved, even renamed or moved: search kMDItemIsScreenCapture:1 #macOS #MacTips

Cmd+Option+Z. The address is back. Copied an address. Copied something else on top of it. Cmd+Option+Z rewinds the clipboard and the address is back. Cmd+Shift+V opens the whole history. Runs on your Mac, no account. Try ClipBuddy #macos #mactips

Mac tip: add Control to any screenshot shortcut and the capture goes to your clipboard instead of a file. Shift-Control-Command-4 copies an area, Shift-Control-Command-3 the whole screen. Then paste it straight into Mail, Slack or Notes. #macOS #MacTips

Open the laptop, press Cmd+Shift+V, and yesterday's copied link is still there. You start where you stopped instead of hunting for it twice. Cmd+Option+Z brings back the clip you copied over. Runs on your Mac, no account. Try ClipBuddy #mac #macos #mactips
