Southwest Airlines is the perfect example of what not to do.

Read about technical debt, why it is a problem, and how massive companies like Southwest can fall for the lure of technical debt.

Missed a bunch of #vss365 #prompts but I'm here to remedy the situation. Hope you enjoy.

Bailey pulled into the #harbor when the government took her hostage. She thought she could get away from the political #hurricane after quitting her job. But the #lure of avoiding imprisonment held over her head. Like the government will ever let go of aliens. #vss365

the #mountain #harbors fugitives
we see the signs in smoke, like #clouds

Jack stalked a huge fish 'cross the #harbor
As it hid in the shade of an arbor
Out of lead for his #lure
He cut short his coiffure
Now he won't have to pay for a barber

ensnare
the silver-eye
it cannot help
itself
indulging in
the fruit
a gloss
misted on its
impervious surface
innards churn
plied into knots
a song wrings
unheeded

his power so gentle

The #lure is tightly secured, but the fish remembers all the hooks and feathery blades. These blandishments will not do. It must be something never seen before. How like fish we are, swimming in our streams and rivers of everyday boredom, waiting to be hooked by what we think is nourishment. #vss365

courtship is
all about sweet singing
a lyre bird believes

a raspy song is
all about a warning
of rights
a magpie claims

birdsong
has a yin and yang and
a few notes between
a #lure of love or
an announcement of
territorial war

or simply
a song
for a new day

Lured
And
Slaughtered

The King's head
Sticking out
Of her
Pin cushion

His regal socks
Hanging from
A Castle's
Garden tree

And the
Nobiliy,
She wafts
With
Hypnosis
And
Concussion

Only Crow,
Serves her
Anger,

Still,
The man
She can
Never capture
In her rapture

We three ended up out at a desert campsite for different reasons.

Watkins was a true believer.
Dupré saw dollar signs in shady documentaries.
And for me, it was the #lure of the unknown.

As the ring of lights hovered in the night sky above, we all had second thoughts.

The #lure of the great black beast of BahGlar'th is said to be impossible to resist. Her siren call is rumoured to be an invitation to a slow and painful death.
Seymour, unable to resist, falls into her lair...

And she served tea and crumpets and a nice time was had by all.

Rumours. Pfft.

She was idly sifting through beach pebbles looking for agates when something launched out of the water and landed at her feet. She picked it up. A fishing #lure, still bright and shiny but line-free. She pocketed and thought no more of it until the next day, when it happened again. #vss365 (lure)
