Due to the ME/CFS I got up at 2 am German time yet, showered, washed & blow-dried my hair.
BP 121/80, body temperature proud 36,5°C/97,7°F for hyperthermic me.
Outside it cooled down to 19,8°C/67,6°F in SW Germany by about 3.15 am.
