This jar took months to make. 🐝 The bees started it. I cared for them. The weather, flowers and landscape shaped it. 🍯 You’re not just buying honey. You’re buying a small part of a season.

I could blend every harvest and make every jar taste the same. I don't. 🐝 I don't add anything, over-process it, or hide the natural differences between harvests. Just honest honey, exactly as the bees made it. 🍯

Honey doesn’t always stay runny, and that’s completely natural. 🍯 Different honeys crystallise at different rates depending on the nectar the bees collected. It doesn’t mean the honey has gone bad. It’s just honey being honey. 🐝

If you’re going to buy honey, why not buy it from someone who knows exactly where it came from? 🐝 Local bees. Local flowers. Local harvests. No blending. No unnecessary processing. Just honest honey from bees I look after. 🍯

They worked really hard on this. 🐝

Not long ago, this was sage, rosemary, citrus blossoms, and wildflowers scattered across an urban canyon. 🌿

Now it's heading home with Liz, Jasmine, Rob, Leticia, Sam, and Mr. Kim. 🍯

Good things take a lot of small trips. 🌼🐝🌼🐝🌼🐝...🍯
