Hey #LinuxAudio peeps, I am sending OSC data to my DAW to control a synth. There's a big latency between the OSC message and the sound in #reaper, but *not* in #ardour. Anyone got an idea why?

Details: I'm not actually sending OSC data directly to the DAW, but to a #plugdata patch (plugdata is [ā€¦]

This is another really cool plugin--just like Chipsynth OPS7. And of course, Linux is supported! It is essentially a bit perfect TX81Z on Steroids.

#LinuxAudio folx! There is a #Linux public beta for #Ultra (a hybrid wavetable sampler) which I am excited to explore for it's possibilities of getting the French Horn into #BitwigStudio on Linux.

The demo is free, but is time-limited to 20 minute sessions and no saving.
