I tried filming a jump rope video today, but it was blurry as fuck, I tripping over the rope probably 20 times, and I wasn’t in the center of the frame 😭 I didn’t realize any of this until I finished and made myself look like a fool… 🤦

Life is hard.

Life can be difficult.

Sometimes you feel alone.

Sometimes you need help.

Try to remember, if you can, you aren't alone and there is always help.

You don't always need to be strong.

It's ok, not to be ok.

I try and tell myself these things too, everyday.

With everything down in my life, the moment I grab my phone, the first thing I see on my social apps is they are asking me the opposite.
