#TIL that #LibreWolf comes with #ContainerTabs built in 🤯

I made the decision to buy a domain matching my surname https://büchau.de which has a German Umlaut ü in it. Now this has some 'funny' consequences:

- #Firefox not auto-completing those urls in the urlbar,
- ssh choking on the umlaut (must use punycode),
- paranoid browsers like #Librewolf […]

Is there a way in #Firefox to do a trace of a request? See what DNS it's using, see the response from the DNS, and what request it does next?
I don't want to use #Wireshark for this, I'd like a way that's isolated to Firefox (or #LibreWolf) itself without any noise

Hey, Librewolf users!

I keep getting "This web page is being redirected to a new location. Do you want to resubmit the form data you entered to the new location?" when I go to some sites.

How do I fix this so it doesn't pop up every time?

#librewolf #firefox

Did the latest update of #firefox and #LibreWolf change the format needed for the DNS host specification in the DoH Custom form?

Neither of these browsers works for me now using the previous format, such as https://1.0.0.1/dns-query for one of the Cloudflare DNS servers.

Am I the only user […]

@lvl3k Yeah. Lots of ick from my side. Good thing is you can deactivate that or override with userChroma.css, but c'mon... the audacity.

(Why am I not using other browsers? I can't on all my devices for security reasons. The #librewolf pipeline is too slow for some threat models on some devices 😟)

Recently, #Firefox has turned into a steaming pile of garbage. Despite my pleading...

...and I fucking begged them like a snitch...

...they have not listened to reason. Great alternative (temporary or otherwise) is #LibreWolf. It's a fork with max protect on, seemingly immune from the same issues.
