We wouldn't be having discussions about #LegalAbortion, if after #ROE, the #Congress, which had decade's long #Democratic majorities, had legislated & made legal #abortion the law of the land.

We relied on courts rather than doing the hard work of legislating.

The same goes for many other issues.
