Two classic re-watches with the family, a creepy recent horror and a great genre busting comedy with bits of folk horror that is only of my favorite 2026 watches. Good start to spooky season!
@thebaghutch.bsky.socialFriday! Ive been looking for illegally recorded movies and tv on vhs and this week i found Rocky 4, Cocoon and a very bad Bond flick on one tape. Ok! #lastfourfriday #lastfourwatched #letterboxdFriday #moviesky #filmsky

@bradislove.bsky.socialEverybody is talking about #LastFourFriday, the fad that's sweeping the nation. Kids everywhere have discarded their Pokemons and Minecrafts in favor of discussing the last four movies they've watched, which of course includes Digger, then viral sensation that has captured all our hearts

First half is #hooptober with Friday the 13th VII: Jason vs Carrie and the most obscure Stephen King adaptation you’ll ever see. It has musical numbers! 💃
Then two Douglas Sirk dramas from before he escaped to Hollywood and was still developing his style.

@funbutter.meHorror season!
☆ The Blackcoat's Daughter - still great on a second viewing
☆ M3GAN - better than I was expecting
☆ Backrooms - nice and weird

@innocence.comLate breaking #LastFourFriday! Quiet week, in-laws in town, but I’m pretty happy with the mix. Should finish the Criterion Murderous Melodrama collection this weekend. 🎥

@guyvollen.bsky.socialOnly two new logs for #letterboxd #LastFourWatched #LastFourFriday #Filmsky 📽, both anime OVAs. Sailor Victory (magical girls pilot giant mechs) was fun; I probably would've rated it higher if it weren't so slight. I was surprised Suikoden Demon Century (a lot going on) wasn't based on a video game.
