Gerade beginnt die Abreise auf #Lampedusa. Gestern war die Insel voll mit Leuten, die sich gegenseitig auf die Schulter geklopft haben, weil sie ja ein Zeichen gesetzt haben...

Am 3. Oktober 2013 starben zumindest 368 Menschen nachdem ihr Flüchtlingsboot vor Lampedusa gekentert war.
Damals habe ich dieses Gedicht geschrieben.

Ricordo #PapaFrancesco a #Lampedusa contro la "globalizzazione dell'indifferenza". Oggi #PapaLeoneXIV pensa ai bambini migranti. Non voltiamoci dall'altra parte.

Non solo ferite visibili: ci sono traumi, paure, lutti che restano anche dopo essere arrivati in salvo.
@cordialmente.bsky.socialTranquilla Europa, tranquilli tutti, è solo un nodo alla gola. Passerà. È lo smarrimento di chi si avvicina dal nord a questa Porta d'Europa. Ma è solo l'emozione di un momento.
