Clearing channels that had been cut previously but needed the cut Phragmites removing to open up channels at #LadywalkNR and flushed Spotted Crake! Called twice after we spooked each other! Few Water Rails in the mix, no further sign since am.

Early start at the West Midlands All Dayer, few of my highlights included marsh harrier, sedge warbler & my first Kingfisher of the year. (Cant believe it took me till September to see one).

Some unbelievable sightings logged by the team already, cant wait to see what we finish on!
