Screenshot of KromiOS at 1920 × 1080: Settings, the Sound page. Disk sounds: on; a card going into the slot clicks, and coming out it clunks, as a 3.5-inch disk did. While reading and writing: on; the drive's hum and its head's steps.
Screenshot of KromiOS at 1920 × 1080: the Running apps window lists three test apps; one is marked Not responding for 5 seconds and has an unsaved document, notes.txt.
The KromiOS desktop at 1920 × 1080 in a light theme. A Terminal window with the tabs RAM: and System: shows a session: a Lua console working out 6 * 7 = 42, a calculator command adding 2 and 3, tab completion offering "ask" and "assign", a folder named Café made, entered and deleted, a short Lua script whose first comment line is an AmigaOS-style argument template (NAME/A, TIMES/K/N, LOUD/S), a file copied and deleted, and "lsit: unknown command" after a typo. The line being typed at the bottom is coloured. On the right are desktop icons for System, Home, Disk 1 and RAM; at the bottom, a dock with five app icons.
