The camera is zoomed in on Demetrius' face; his eyes are out of frame, but you can see his somber expression. He poses a question to someone off screen: "If things were different... do you think we could have been friends?"

Judge Dietrich (Bad End Timeline Krieg) lies on the floor, blood dripping from his nose and mouth. His eyes are devoid of any light- a combination of the life leaving him... as well as the lack of human compassion held within the void of his soul. An empty, callous smile creeps onto his face as he responds: "...I ...doubt it..."

The camera zooms out to show Demetrius standing over Judge's limp body. He has two fingers trained on the soldier's head with a magic circle charging energy within itself. Judge's tome is tossed aside- clearly due to Judge being disarmed in the battle prior. Demi's face remains sullen while Judge maintains his vacant, apathetic smile.

The scene shows silhouettes of the two men in the same positions. The magic circle is complete. The beam fires, piercing through Judge's skull with practiced ease.

The battle is over. One of many evils is defeated.

A friendship that could have been... will never be.
