6th century (Kofun era) Japanese stone warrior.
It's from the Iwatoyama Tumulus, the largest burial of its kind in northern Kyushu - possibly the burial of Tsukushi no Kuni Iwai, a powerful local leader and the head of a rebellion.
Now at the Tokyo National Museum.
