#KimiShinu is ok for a yuri war drama series, but the problem I have with is it tends to navel-gaze the losses that comes with war and relationships without much momentum especially after Seiran died. I'm glad Ari got closure in the final ep., but it felt weird to end w/o the main chars.

loved seeing a different side of esther and the flashbacks going back to when sheena, ari and seiran 1st met in ep 13 ^ ̫ ^ in general it was an emotional, reflective ep that worked well as a finale :) #yuri #anime #wlw #gl #kimishinu

Ari continuing to coming to terms over Seiran's death is so real and I love that she was able to find solace in Esther, Mimi and Sheena. It being a work in progress but a good step forward was great and a satisfying finale to the connections this show leans on

#KimiShinu Ep. 13 Final - Huh, in a way this feels more like an epilogue than a final episode as it finally gives Ari much needed closure for her loss of Seiren through Esther.

Also, lots of rain! 😊

It's not a bad way to close out this series though.

All the anime original stuff led to nothing, besides watering down the tone of the setting. Sasuga.

Ending on its best effort will I think be enough for #KimiShinu to sneak back past Denmoku for my #2 spot on the season. Little project that could.
