The House has voted 4 times to try & rein in Trump’s power with the #IranWar Powers Resolution. Each time, #Kiggans voted NO & rubberstamped the illegal war. To date, it has cost taxpayers billions & endangered #HamptonRoads more than 88,000 active-duty military personnel.

#Kiggans voted YES give DHS & ICE more funding after Renée Good & Alex Pretti were shot by ICE in MN. That vote provided DHS with supplemental funding greater than the military budgets of Japan, Italy, or Canada--in addition to the $150 billion in the BBB, $214 billion total.

#Kiggans voted YES to cut Medicaid, ACA Subsidies & SNAP. In April 2025, she said, in a letter to Speaker Johnson: “We cannot and will not support a final reconciliation bill that includes any reduction in Medicaid coverage for vulnerable populations.” She, a nurse, lied & cut healthcare anyway.
