@drzilwhite.bsky.social#KeyOfLifeConcert Day 30: It has been fun listening to Songs In The Key Of LIfe & Looking Back this month. Finishing the concert with the last three songs from Looking Back, plus . . .
From 1971

@drzilwhite.bsky.social#KeyOfLifeConcert Day 21: The last song! The oddmatch with 21 songs, which means the concert ends a week before the 50th anniversary of the album's release (9-28-76). A great ending to a great record. This song & title fits so well with how the album makes me feel!
Song 1: youtu.be/dQWt2o08qh8?...
@drzilwhite.bsky.social#KeyOfLifeConcert Day 20: The last two songs for the album show the great range! On this song, Mr. Wonder plays most of the instruments. Great funk to this one!

@drzilwhite.bsky.social#KeyOfLifeConcert Day 19: I still remember who I first thought of when hearing this song. Nope, will not be revealed.
Song 1: youtu.be/PSDIX5GIicE?...
@drzilwhite.bsky.social#KeyOfLifeConcert Day 18: The next 4 songs from this collection were an EP that came with it. The start is this song, which may be the one I play the most (close with "As"). It speaks so much to how I view things & would like to see the world. Plus, I am in it . . .
Song 1: youtu.be/-FvzpOF0nDQ?...
@drzilwhite.bsky.social#KeyOfLifeConcert Day 17: This is how the original album ended. Seems a fitting oddmatch to the ending of a staple in our neighborhood & about half my life. Thank you, Lincoln Plaza! I will miss seeing you over my wall & the protection you provided.
Song 1: youtu.be/TJU_HGZFjgo?...
@drzilwhite.bsky.social#KeyOfLifeConcert Day 16: Just this song I can listen to always! The lyrics, the music, the turn, the message . . . Makes me think of Mommie & just pure joy (another one is coming up like this, too).
Song 1: youtu.be/eLbmdG8U60E?...
@drzilwhite.bsky.social#KeyOfLifeConcert Day 15: Somehow, this song is what I need today as I reflect on a number of stressors & negative events (e.g., 4 Little Girls killed in 16th Street Church bombing in 1963). It makes me think to look for magic (Joy) in all things.
Song 1: youtu.be/gU-DfjTWemQ?...
@drzilwhite.bsky.social#KeyOfLifeConcert Day 14: This is perfect for #TaxBrother's 75th birthday! Peace, blessings, & love always!
Song 1: youtu.be/Fj4ZnTRmfrg?...
@drzilwhite.bsky.social#KeyOfLifeConcert Day 13: A song I play quite often at different times of the year on social media, in class, etc. There was a time I knew every name!
Song 1: youtu.be/XCX2o7zOzg8?...
@drzilwhite.bsky.social#KeyofLifeConcert Day 11: Seems a great oddmatch that this is today's song. Keeping an eye towards making a better world, even when it seems impossible.
Song 1: youtu.be/7YGc6RMOYF8?...
@drzilwhite.bsky.social#KeyOfLifeConcert Day 10: This transport me to some crushes I had in my younger days, especially thinking grade school & high school.
The shift in the song is just genius!
