A supposedly “single-shot espresso, the Finnish way,” served in what looks at first glance like an ordinary coffee cup, sitting in strong sunlight and casting a long shadow across a white table. The perspective is deceptive: the cup is actually the size of a tea cup, making the Finnish interpretation of a single espresso considerably more generous than its Italian counterpart.
