Among those who went up to worship at the festival were some Greeks. They came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida in Galilee, and said to him, "Sir, we wish to see Jesus."
As Mary poured out her love,
an extravagant scent filled the house
and everyone knew
who was a true disciple.
The great crowd that had come to the festival heard that Jesus was coming. So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him, shouting, "Hosanna! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord!”
The crowd answered, "How can you say that the Son of Man must be lifted up?" Jesus said, "The light is with you for a little longer. Walk while you have the light, so that the darkness may not overtake you. Believe in the light, so that you may become children of light."
