4/ What tables does JobRunr create, and can I manage them myself?

It creates them automatically on startup. No DDL rights for your app user? Generate the SQL or run the DatabaseCreator, then set skip-create=true.

3/ How do I reach and secure the dashboard?

Once enabled it runs on port 8000, and OSS has basic authentication built in. A custom context path is Pro. Embedding it behind your own login, and SSO, are Pro Enterprise.

Inside the job, jobContext.progressBar() and the job logger stream live to the dashboard. From your own code, storageProvider.getJobById(id) returns the job and its state.
