This is sort of creepy, Google just bought the data from the bankrupt airline Spirit. They did it to feed it to their AI models. Fortunately no personal data of people who flew the airline was included.

Thanks to a $1 million dollar gift FAU will be getting an AI Engineering Learning Lab. This has to be a big advantage for the school as compared to others that don’t have one.

AI today!! Open AI was testing the security capabilities of its systems and two of its AI models went rogue and hacked into the library of another company. This is a huge concern obviously.

Confusing data from the luxury rental sector. Newly completed apartments are what renters want, but they also have the highest vacancy at 10%, which doesn’t make sense.

Now that it is a buyers market in the U.S. there are going to be crazy low ball offers on homes. Usually it doesn’t work but it can’t hurt to try and doesn’t cost anything!
