I had to go back and get some of the burgers from last week. Traditional brioche bun bacon, cheese, grilled onion with SPG. That may have been the happiest 30 mins of my week 🤤🍔🍻

Housekeeper's cut on the Kamado Bono. Three hours at 110°C, rested 30 mins, then all vents wide open for a hard sear, 2 mins a side
Reverse sear did its job, pink right to the edge.

Cheering myself up with Spatchcock bird, skin on fries with Cluckin' Good chicken salt and enough butter to bake a cake on the the cob. Might do some broccoli to counter the small farm levels of butter 😉😂🧈🌽🫀
