Xcode 27 rejects any iOS deployment target below 15.0. Plenty of CocoaPods still declare 9.0, so the build stops dead on a dependency nobody has opened in years. You raise every pod target by hand in post_install.

My own configs sat at 14.0 while the app target was 18.6.
