And now for a true DB experience: the train I was intending to get is running late. But so is the previous train, which will get here after my scheduled departure. I’m on #interrail, so I’ll grab that one instead.

O.k., ich habe grade meinen ersten #Interrail-Pass (1 Monat) gebucht - und gleich ein paar Fragen:

* wenn der bis 30.8.2027 "aktiviert" werden muss, heißt das, dass man bis Ende September 2027 damit fahren kann?
* wenn ich den in der App "hinzufüge" wird der damit automatisch "aktiviert"?

🚂 Achtung, der Interrail-Sale läuft immer noch, vermutlich bis morgen um 10 Uhr (ohne Gewähr, Angaben sind etwas widersprüchlich).

Für einen 1-Monats-Pass in der 2. Klasse spart ihr damit zum Beispiel 348 €. Bei 3 Monaten Laufzeit in der 1. Klasse sind es sogar satte 621 € Ersparnis!

#Interrail has a 50% discount on continuous passes, you say?

I just refunded one of my passes that I got at 25% discount, and bought two, only paying up the 25% difference. Bargain.

That’s travel for some of next year sorted.

A little rant. Current #Interrail promo is running until 1.10.26 10am CEST. Yet interrail.com still advertises the end being tonight midnight. Originally they announced the promo would end *today* at 10am, then changed that in hindsight. (1/2)
