Angled front view of the Mid Century vintage Intaglio tie bar. The metal is silver tone in color. The tie bar is slide on style with an open flat wire like design. The front has etched diagonal lines on the metal. In the middle of the tie bar is a faceted clear lucite cab that is reverse etched and painted with a desert design of a cactus and resting Mexican man. Back side view of the tie bar. The adhesive holding the lucite cab onto the bar is yellowed some with age. The tie bar is slide on style with an open wire style design.
