Yep. Day 3 of not being able to sleep at night. I have to be up for a doctor's appointment in 2 hrs and I can't get my brain to shut off.

I'm not usually a fan of yacht rock, but this one is in my playlist for good reason. When I was 9, I was in hospital being anesthetized, and this song was playing quietly in the background as I waited for the drugs to work...and waited...and waited... and waited. #insomniasucks
