I was #indoctrinated & #brainwashed by family, friends & society

It took 20+ years to realize a lot of what I was taught was based on bias or false claims

It's crucial to:
-admit when you're wrong & when you don't know
-willing to #learn
-be open minded
- #think for yourself
-critical thinking
Etc

Shout out to those who aren't trapped by their own indoctrination. The willingness to hear new information and change your mind when necessary is one of the clearest signs of wisdom & growth. A mind that can evolve is far more powerful than one that's determined to be riggt.
