I imagined myself being fit, so I kept training until it became real. The video helped me see this, as it says there's a thin line between fiction and nonfiction, so imagining something can slowly turn it real. You just have to believe in yourself

When I watch my favorite youtubers vloging or influences making videos. I thought they were real because they were videotaping stuff they were actually doing but they don't don't record everything. They only record things that would attract the audience #hwa3 #imaginedintoreality

i used to view vlogs/diml videos as real but due to hwa3 ive realized that these people only show what they want to see. they change/fabricate the videos to make it more entertaining and gain views #hwa3 #imaginedintoreality

#hwa3 #imaginedintoreality Hanging with Ashley helped me identify that memories are highly susceptible emotional manipulation and alteration. For example, I "imagine" certain elements of interactions that I've had, such as over-embellishing a facial expression or the other person's tone.

I would say how I imagined being more positive for work, but with the videos I would say that I should also realize that not many people would be positive and I should be mindful of people and analyze them.

I have imagined my anxiety as real. More specifically, the things my mind tells me that creates said anxiety, to be reality. This HWA video has helped me understand that it only feels so real because it is my version of reality, and no one else is experiencing it with me. #hwa3 #imaginedintoreality

Maybe someone’s simple compliment. When somebody praise you in a very common way that makes you feel happy, you might sort of make it into a big deal that keep going through the memory in your mind and escalate yourself to another level that aren’t actually yours. #hwa3 #imaginedintoreality
