Walking into an IEP meeting this fall? Here are 5 things you're allowed to ask for. Nobody tells parents this part. #IEP #SpecialEducation #IEPMeeting

Disagree with your child's evaluation? The law lets you ask for an independent educational evaluation at public expense, and the school has to either pay for it or file for a hearing to show its own evaluation was appropriate. Know your rights.

💪 Our #IEP meetings should not be focused on deficits. They should center on student aspirations and the foundational skills to make those a reality. #LeadInclusion #EdLeaders #Teachers #UDL

A poster on a dark blue textured background shows large text: “Our IEP meetings should center on student aspirations & the foundational skills to make those a reality.” A colorful hot air balloon with clouds appears on the right, and the bottom left reads “Lee Ann Jung” and “leadinclusion.org” with a circular logo.
