For 50 years, the #HydeAmendment has denied abortion care for millions of women on Medicaid. This must end.

That’s why I’m a proud cosponsor of @pressley.house.gov ‘s EACH Act to repeal Hyde & ensure every woman, regardless of income, has access to the healthcare they need.

Today marks 50 years since the #HydeAmendment was passed, leaving millions of women on Medicaid without the abortion coverage they need.

Now is the time to end Hyde and put women’s reproductive health care over political games.

For 50 years, the #HydeAmendment has stripped away essential healthcare by denying abortion coverage to those who need it the most. Congress must step in to reverse this restriction.
