Adding:
I remember reading a charity bought a CT Scanner (?) to give to local NHS hospital to run (resources - rooms, staff etc reqd).
Then #HealthSec said NO (suspect #HuntTheCnut). Must tender!
So hospital costs it & submit bid. It was lowest tender.
#HS awarded contract to private supplier!
