Photograph of a standing stone, a little under a metre in height, its surface mottled with lichen. Carved into the face of the stone (c. 500-700 CE) one can just make out an inverted horseshoe shape above a stylised eagle. The stone stands amidst a scatter of smaller stones within a grassy area, in front of a wooden barred fence and some trees.
