HORROR ON WHEELS
Day 7: EVIL DEAD (1981)
1973 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale
To wrap up the 1st week of #HorrorOnWheels I had to go w director Sam Raimi’s signature horror car. Not only the Delta debuted in the 1981 cult classic, but the director used it the sequels, in DARKMAN, DRAG NE TO HELL, & more.

HORROR ON WHEELS
Day 6: MONSTER SQUAD (1987)
Cadillac Funeral Coach
Why shapeshifting into a bat to move around when you can do that in style with a Cadillac hearse? Not only Dracula’s ride is cool but it’s also ghostly as it can go through cops cars in all its ectoplasmatic glory!

HORROR ON WHEELS
Day 5: FRIDAY THE 13TH (1980)
1966 Jeep CJ-5
For day 5 I’m showcasing Mrs Voorhees’ car, which is part of the first kill in the movie. Of course we don’t know its her car til later, but the director used it to misdirect our suspicions (there are 2 jeep in the movie!)

HORROR ON WHEELS
Day 4: PSYCHO (1960)
1957 Ford Custom 300
One of my top 5 favorite movies ever, Hitchcock’s PSYCHO had to be included. Marion (Janet Leigh)’s car is as much of a character in the movie, serving ultimately as her coffin. That driving in the rain at night sequence… 😙👌

HORROR ON WHEELS
Day 3: JEEPERS CREEPERS (2001)
1941 Chevrolet COE (customized)
Def one of the creepiest vehicles on screen, in my opinion. This truck would scare the crap out of me even without creepy song or if it was driven by an accountant in a suit or a granny out shopping. 😬 #HorrorOnWheels
