Early steps on a salamander

Pearl, Goetic Sorcerer of Gluttony.
Graciously printed for me by homie Caleb.
Amazingly, never once missed a Burning Inferno shot in yesterday's games. Sometimes you BBQ the pig, Sometimes it BBQs you.

First saurus warrior I've painted in 20 years. Feels very, very good to be back.

The second I saw that new butcher I knew I wanted to make it into a self-portrait. Debating adding a battlevest to make it really on the nose.

Some sweet lil baby pterosaurs that I'm very stoked to paint.

The iron carriage of serpents. The profane charnelwagon of Hell. The smoke-belching diesel demon.
A trench-rig made by sinners, fuelled by Satan.
THE BEELZEBUS.

WiP Wednesday
Nearing the finish line on the Beelzebus!
First time trying out a sponge chipping effect.

Texture and... greebles? I guess?
Anyway the boards are ready for priming/sealing/basecoating

Also making a pair of Necropolis boards in my con crunch fugue. They're extremely rough but you can kinda see where they're going.

In panic prep mode for UTDF & Unioncon.
Here's the Trench Rig my Court warband will be riding in for the event @ UTDF

First unit of Saurus. Minimal alterations but a lot of time spent sculpting ruined temple bases.
I've since primed them, but I kinda wanna add some cloth and furs to them to give em more of an old school vibe.

WiP Escher Ganger Pinup.
Beautiful sculpt, terrible print. Can I distract from that with a flashy paint job?

Salamander Hunting Pack
I hate those weird sideways crests so I gave them the traditional front-back 'hawk style. Early experiments with tamiya quicktype and it, in fact, rules.

And finally, the Sarcophagus-Class.

Casket Necronauts.
2 Butchers & a Candlestick Maker (walk into a bar....)
--
#threnodyssey #kitbash #minipainting #indiegaming #holyfireminis #nerdlings

More for Threnodyssey!
A pair of Casket-class Necronauts, Baker-type with some arcane breaching shields.
Fun to kitbash, even more fun to paint.

Urn Necronauts for Threnodyssey.
An Amphora and a pair of Jerrycans, probably?
Couldn't decide on a paint scheme so I referenced the (absolutely rad) cover art & I'm very pleased w/the results. More/bigger 'nauts throughout the week
