This is one of the dishes to use holy basil. It is a stir-fry rice noodle dish that is a bit similar to Pad Thai. It is spicier than Pad Thai because some Thai chili peppers and young pepper corns that are still on stems.

We can find the most of the rare ingredients in the US, but there are some ingredients we’ve rarely seen. Holy basil (right picture) is one of them. More difficult to get, more interested in. So I decided to raise it by myself.
