We must reverse #HighStreet decay. We need #Hospitality/experience #venues where non-consumables used to be sold. But #emptybuildings remain due to complex or foreign ownership. Councils need to set time limits, buy up and renovate empty properties. Research where People prefer, where they go & why.

Why is the #HighStreet dying?
Because most people buy quite a lot online now.
The owner of now defunct #Jessops said people used his shops as a showroom and then bought online because it was cheaper.
