How good? That good!

Something I need to talk about at some point is the many earlier examples or the tornada. Tonight it’s applications in Longsword and some of its counters.

Bloody awesome.

Is there a swordfighting film you love, but every time you watch the fights you wince?

Started watching Highlander with Clau (her first time).
We will not be discussing the quality of the fight scenes.

Wrenched my elbow walking the dog so so much for #HEMA class tonight. Though at least I can get and get one more #SSTV pass from the ISS tonight so it’s not a total loss of an evening. #HAMRADIO

Randomly looked up Michael Hundt on Wiktenauer and was delighted to see that his illustrations actually show rapiers with blunts on their tips. I'm so used to seeing idealized illustration of naked men with sharps - it's refreshing to see a realistic depiction of actual period training. #HEMA

Had some fun with a longsword. The last time I used one was about three years ago. I started my HEMA journey in the longsword sea, then moved on to the rapier ocean. #hema #longsword #fencing #sword

Dussack from a private lesson. We stopped giggling enough to get a lot of Longsword done as well.

Brilliant progress.
