New question:
“Can this data change what happens next?”
That’s a much higher bar.
Interoperability shouldn’t end with information arriving.
It should end with better decisions.

We increasingly have the tech to predict what might happen to a patient.
But prediction isn’t prevention.
❎The real measure of health AI isn’t: “Can the algorithm predict it?”
✅It’s: “Did the system help someone sooner?”
That’s the evidence that matters.
