Start der Transporter-18-Mission von SpaceX

Am Donnerstag, dem 1. Oktober, um 20:32 Uhr MESZ startete die Falcon 9 im Rahmen der Mission „Transporter-18“ vom Space Launch Complex 4E (SLC-4E) auf der Vandenberg Space Force Base in Kalifornien aus in die erdnahe Umlaufbahn. „Transporter-18“ war eine spezielle Rideshare-Mission für Kleinsatelliten. An diesem Flug nahmen 130 Nutzlasten teil, darunter CubeSats, Mikrosatelliten, mitgeführte Nutzlasten sowie zwei Raumfahrzeuge mit Wiedereintrittsmodulen und vier Orbitaltransferfahrzeuge, die 41 dieser Nutzlasten transportierten, die zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt ausgesetzt werden sollten.

Cube1G-Terminal – Arbeit im Reinraum

Das optische Terminal wird im Reinraum des DLR-Instituts für Kommunikation und Navigation auf den Einsatz vorbereitet. In der Mission SeRANIS (Seamless Radio Access Networks for Internet of Space) werden auf dem Kleinsatelliten ATHENE-1 Experimente demonstriert, deren Daten mittels Cube1G zum Boden übertragen werden.

Cube1G-Terminal im Reinraum

Das optische Terminal Cube1G verfügt über eine Grobausrichteeinheit, die den Laserstrahl unabhängig vom Trägersystem in jede Richtung bewegen kann. Diese Flexibilität ermöglicht eine Datenübertragung unabhängig von der Lage des Satelliten.

Debusine now supports debug symbol packages thanks to this year's Debusine GSoC project, debuginfod server.

The debuginfod server functionality was added to #Debusine so that it not only hosts -dbgsym packages, but also serves their debug symbols over the debuginfod protocol.
