I made this cury with left-over vegetables I had bought at a Indian grocery store, tomatoes and onions. The protein I used is chicken.

Thum Mak Hoong, Lao Green Papaya Salad

When I went to an Indian grocery store to buy round eggplants and a dosakai, I also bought a green papaya. I’ve not made this salad for a long time. Before autumn is coming I wanted to eat it.
